Basic cleaning services day to day include: dusting of all surfaces including desk, telephones, window sills, vinyl funiture. Trash disposal all trashes emptied daily and new bags put in. Glass partitions cleaned daily inside only outside glass cleaning service available billed separately. Restrooms toilet bowls, toilet seats,urinals and sinks will be cleaned and sanitized each service. Metal will be cleaned and polished each service. Floors carpeted surfaces will be vacuumed each service as well as hard surfaces will be mopped every service. ( Special Services Provided upon request) Carpet Cleaning, outside window washing, strip and wax of floors, light fixture and translucent panel cleaning/ bulb replacement. House cleanings post move out or move in.
